Punk Panther — The Single
“Punk Panther” is KOJ’s statement of intent: a grime-punk record that fuses the bite of UK grime with the energy and refusal of punk. Written from a working-class Liverpool perspective, it turns frustration into something you can move to — protest music that doesn’t preach. It’s the opening shot of the Punk Panther era, the project where KOJ stops asking for permission and sets the terms himself.
Hear how the sound took shape on KOJ’s story, and catch it live through TRiBE, his Black British music showcase in Liverpool. Stream “Punk Panther” on Spotify, Apple Music and Amazon Music, and watch the visualiser above — follow KOJ on Spotify to catch every release as it drops.
Pre-save Punk PantherPrevious Release — Villain With A Conscience
Before Punk Panther, KOJ laid the groundwork with Villain With A Conscience — the record that established the contradiction at the heart of his music: the outsider who still carries a moral code. It’s where the grime-punk sound first took shape, blending sharp bars with punk’s raw edge, and it remains the clearest map of where KOJ came from before the Punk Panther reinvention.
